Diane Dixon

Diane Dixon started at Total Media Group in 1988, when the company consisted of only five employees. In the year 2000, Total Media Group continued to expand, and Diane felt as though she needed a change. She then went to work in the accounting department for one of TMG’s clients. This accounting position added to her skills and experience in the field. In 2004, Diane realized that she missed the family atmosphere at TMG as well as semiannual company outings. When the company went through a restructuring process, she was asked back to fill the company controller position, replacing three full-time personnel. Diane now focuses on streamlining accounting procedures and improving the company's cash flow.
