How to download a file:
If “Secure Download” gives you an error, there may be your firewall or browser restrictions. Click “Browser Download” button on the left, instead.
How to upload a file:
- Click “Client Area” page.
- Click “Secure Download” button on the left.
- Security Alert. Click “Yes.”
- You will be directed to “Welcome to Total Media Group’s Sharing Web Server” page.
- Enter your login name (case sensitive) and your password (all lower case).
- Click your guest folder.
- Click “CreatDir” if you want to create a new folder within your guest folder. Type description and folder name. Click the folder you just created.
- Click “Upload File.”
- Type description of the file you are uploading. For example, "logo_v4."
- Click “Browse” to locate the file from your computer.
- Click “Upload.”

How to delete a file:
- Once you log in, choose a folder where a file you want is located.
- Click “DeleteFile.”
- It will list all files in the folder. Check file(s) you want to delete and hit “Delete.”
Please note deletion can be authorized by the same login name as the person who uploaded the file.
