Duplication for Video, CD and DVD

When your video, audio, or DVD project is finished Total Media Group will be glad to provide you with as many copies as you would like. We use only the highest quality blank stock for our video, CD and DVD copies to assure you perfect error free playback. Our materials may cost a little more, but the quality is worth it.

For Video

All videotape duplication is done with high quality professional machines and include time base correction, quality tape stock, plastic library case, and printed label.

Duplication for CD and DVD

The term “Duplication” for CDs and DVDs means that the content for each copy is individually written or “burned” into the recordable surface of each disc with a laser. This is done one at a time with our on-site robotic machine that also prints the label information onto the opposite printable surface of the disc.

Since these discs are recordable one time only they are called either CD-Rs or DVD-Rs. CD-Rs and DVD-R are cost effective for limited orders up to several hundred units.

Replication for CD and DVD

For larger orders over several hundred copies it makes better economic sense to go to “Replication.” This is where the content for the CD or DVD is physically transferred to a reverse glass and metal master. The CDs or DVDs are then manufactured in a factory where the content is actually pressed into the surface of the discs with a large machine using a plastic mold injection process. Many thousands of copies can be replicated from each glass and metal master.

Total Media Group will manage all of the aspects of CD or DVD replication for you for whatever you quantity need, from several hundred copies to over a million or more.
